    I have a few queries;

    a) Is it possible to use profanity within the dialogue?

    b) do we need shooting permits for shots in and around downtown Sacramento if we are not on private property?

    c) Does the film have to be around 7 minutes? Could we possibly have a film of 3-5 minutes?

    d) Can we use Stock Video footage for 5 second scenes?
