Introducing Strong Eye Shorts: a new local film production company dedicated to helping independent filmmakers create short films. We work with writers to develop better scripts; create budgets, schedules and fundraising plans for those scripts; and produce those projects for the writers. We plan to work with, train and pay local talent and crew on each project. The hardest part of making any project happen is finding a solid team to tackle each aspect of production. Strong Eye Shorts aims to be the solution, in one box: the company with whom quality work can be created, funded and finished. We want to help the already-growing film industry of the Sacramento area thrive by working together with everyone who has a love of film and the dream of working in it. Our inaugural project, Apotheosis, launched fundraising Monday afternoon and by Thursday night had already reached 20% of the goal. We want to do that for you, and with you.
