"Wyld Canopies" is a retro-inspired narrative music video exploring the Artist's Hero's Journey: of finding one's passion and then putting that passion to good purpose!
The project started as the director’s first solo cg effort to learn the Unreal Engine gaming software and became an exploration itself into filmic techniques both new and old - including artist driven AI images and vfx, 3d editorial overlays and manipulation, as well as the use of 2D animation.
