About me - current project:

A New Orleans native, Rachel Jacob is an up and coming filmmaker who has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Coming up through the AD and Casting departments, she has directed several award-winning short films as well as produced a short-form web series. She is now taking her experience and love of cinema and channeling it into telling her own stories by writing, directing, and producing feature-length projects. Rachel's aim in filmmaking is to have her films make deep impacts, not only in storytelling but in society at large by partnering with organizations that want to help make the world a better place and who provide the resources to make that happen!

Laurels, awards and other accomplishments:

My Project "Young Boy" is a 3 time Best Script Festival Winner with 26 official Selections and Over 14 Finalist/Semi Finalist Placements. I am currently packaging the project the project in order to go into production.
