Ethan Kinney is a writer and director passionate about telling bold, character-driven stories that explores the deepest roots of human desire. He began his filmmaking journey through stop-motion animation on his YouTube channel, EthanStudios, which has grown to over 25,000 subscribers and 8 million views. Transitioning into live-action, Ethan has recently written and directed several short films that reflect his fascination with broken characters and psychological themes. Inspired by filmmakers such as Christopher Nolan and Denis Villeneuve, Ethan’s work blends intimate character drama with heightened genre elements. With each project, he aims to craft emotionally charged experiences that resonate with audiences while sparking reflection on themselves and others. His ultimate goal is to bring his vision to feature films as a distinct creative voice in the industry.
