About me - current project:

Alba Roland Mejia is a writer, producer, and director based in Oakland, CA. Alba’s work focuses on the African diaspora and strives to capture the true essence of storytelling by pulling from real life experiences. "I Can Do Anything" is an intimate, character-focused exploration of the unique black experience at Burning Man. It was not my priority to capture Burning Man itself, but the energy exchange that it has with the present black bodies. My goal is this piece inspires curiosity.
