CORONA has changed the Sac Film Fest and 48 Hour competition this year..FOR THE BETTER! As filmmakers, we have a responsibility to our communities...to share stories that matter, that change lives, that change perspectives. Even making us laugh or relieving tension during this time is important. SO BE A PART!

For our 25th, we made the 48 CHALLENGE 100% VIRTUAL:

4.11 - VIRTUAL ORIENTATION: All teams, participants, cast and crew MUST be registered and are asked to attend this VIRTUAL ORIENTATION event to understand the rules... HERE'S THE REGISTRATION FORM: https://bit.ly/2vUk0yb

4.18 - VIRTUAL CAST/CREW (w/ INDUSTRY JUDGES): Last chance to meet, discuss and prepare. This meet will introduce YOU to our industry judges AND potential VIRTUAL CAST/CREW collaborators! Will also include ADVANCE direction, props and special tips!

4-24 - VIRTUAL LAUNCH meeting where we'll assign props, genres and everything needed to compete.

4-26 - TURN IN FILMS!

5-30: VIRTUAL WORLD PREMIERE...This online broadcast presentation will be beamed WORLDWIDE and serve as the OPENING EVENT of the Sacramento International Film Festival 2020...Our 25th anniversary!

The 25th annual Sac Film Fest will break NEW GROUND in digital distribution...So, Get your act together for THE film program making a difference in our community, the 48 Hours Sacramento! Let's show the WORLD!

I signed in and clicked “going”, but I don’t see an option to register in advance. How should actor register interest in being cast?

I am interested in joining others to assist them. I have recently had brain surgery, so I cannot create an entire team, but I have 3 crew members who can all lend a hand if needed in a variety of areas.
We would like the opportunity to meet the local film community. I can also promote this on my radio shows and podcast on ipmnation if that is helpful.
