Zendaya Makes History with Her Emmy Win for 'Euphoria'

"I just want to say that there is hope in the young people out there, And I just want to say to all our peers out there doing the work in the streets: I see you, I admire you, I thank you".

Zendaya stated those touching words to the youthful generation, as her final ones in her speech after making history of being the youngest actress to win an Emmy Award at 24 for starring in the television series "Euphoria" on HBO.

Being in the same category as Jennifer Aniston, Olivia Colman, Sandra Oh and Laura Linney, this "Disney-Actress-turned-drama-star" won and said her thanks in being considered a candidate among such incredible women.

Being as she won for best lead actress in drama, her role in the telvision series "Euphoria" is centered around the experience of high school students touching on topics of drugs, identity, and love. Winning 6 nominations, Zendaya was the only to receive a nomination for acting.
