To all of those who knew Pamela Finney, GREAT NEWS! This past Friday I had the privilege of speaking to Los Angeles county Deputy District Attorney Leila Tahmassebi. She informed me that tomorrow, June 23, 2020, Mr. Nault (the man who killed our beloved Pam as a result of drunk driving) will be sentenced for 15 years without early release. Apparently, this criminal had 6 prior DUI's along with 2 arrests for the same thing. Also there were about ten emails sent to Mrs. Tahmassebi. According to Mrs. Tahmassebi these emails would go to the Parole Board when they review Nault's file 15 years from tomorrow, so basically Mrs. Tahmassebi is done with Pam's case after tomorrow. The good news is this, Mrs. Tahmassebi is moved by the emails she received and read, and will send these emails to the unit that will automatically transfer them to the Parole Board. This will remain in wait for 15 years and will be reviewed when they come across Nault's case. We know nothing will bring back our beloved Pam but at least she gets justice from this tragic experience.
